Property Manager

-Maintain legal files
-Research and recommendations of new stores and sustainability opportunities
-Manage departmental projects planner
-To assist in production of presentations.
-To maintain accurate records and provide updates as required to other departments and 3rd parties
-Support P&L process, cost management and meeting preparation
-Support Property Director with day to day duties
-To work closely with other members of the Department, assisting with key projects as required
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
-Ability and confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
-Maintain a professional, courteous and friendly manner at all times
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good IT skills
-Good organisation, prioritisation and administration skills
-Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
-Good time management skills
-Ideally has a driving license but not essential
-Previous experience in Retail/Property desirable however, not essential
-Customer Focused (both external and internal customers) with a diplomatic and helpful manner
