Exciting new job role just in for a Talent & Recruitment Coordinator to join a Global, Industry leading real estate specialist on a contract basis to support their Early Careers Team.

We are looking for someone ambitious, talented, and motivated with a flexible approach to work. You will be responsible for supporting the internal recruitment process and the wider business with staffing requirements on all aspects of Early Careers.

Key Responsibilities, not limited to –

  • Schedule interviews and assessments between Hiring Managers, assessors and candidates for various sites in a timely and professional manner
  • Assure room booking for Face-to-Face interviews and organize conference calls for phone interviews.
  • Provide candidates, Hiring Managers and assessors with relevant information on interview location, time, travel etc.
  • Distribute and download online assessments and assure candidates complete it in time, inform the interviewers and candidates of the results.
  • Register visitors with the respective reception. Arrange for VC setup if needed.
  • Organise travel according to interview scheduling if required.
  • Manage all candidate travel expense and assure correct documentation for processing in the payment process.
  • Overseeing all related candidate communications including obtaining and providing candidate feedback
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure data and communication is up to date
  • Assist with milkround activity such as coordinating careers fairs, assisting with logistics and associated documentation
  • Maintaining early careers databases and producing reports
  • Assure all candidate and job records are updated at any time for the positions within responsibility
  • Monitor data correctness and consistency through list reports and on weekly reporting
  • Ensure GDPR compliance
  • Asist in ad hoc activities from the HM and HR such as preparing documentation, presentations
  • Administrative support for specific client requests
  • Assist with various training activities for graduates and apprentices on programme, such as helping to organise APC mocks
  • Support with onboarding activities and preparing for the early career’s induction
  • Finance activities such as raising purchase orders and tracking spend in conjunction with Early Careers Manager


What we need from you –

  • Experience as a recruitment consultant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and administration skills,
  • Very organized and good time management
  • Used to working under pressure and has the ability to set key priorities and objectives
  • Strong customer focus, service orientation and a “can-do” attitude
  • Quick in understanding and learning
  • Generally IT savvy. Good MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience of working in some aspect of early careers is preferred
  • Experience of using recruitment ATS software and HR/ERP system (e.g.Workday) is desirable
