HR Change Manager
A remote working HR Change Manager is required for a market leading organisation for a period of 12 Months. You will work with the business supporting with the project managing of the remodelling/restructuring, both from a people and business perspective. Whilst delivering the people change you will ensure any rationale for change must be both legally and commercially robust to form the basis of any subsequent consultation proposal documentation. Other key deliverables will include;
To work with the business to identify project deliverables, supporting them in the development of the strategy and the rationale for change and the phasing of the implementation.
To work with the Head of HR and the business to develop a communication strategy for any remodelling exercise as part of the project plan.
To take responsibility for post remodelling work with the business in identifying any skills development required as part of the plan.
Work with the business in managing the consultation process with employees and staff representatives to ensure the detail is both understood and implemented, and that the legal process underpinned with supporting documentation is adhered to at every stage.
Develop long term and trusted relationships with the business heads to ensure early engagement in change management.
The successful candidate will come from a background of change, acting as a HR Business Partner to deliver major contractual change programmes on a wide scale in complex organisations. You will possess excellent project management skills and have extensive hands-on experience in organisational restructuring and remodelling. Your HR technical knowledge will be second to none and your communications style and stakeholder engagement skills excellent.
