This is an excellent opportunity to lead an HR project on organisational design and organisational development working as the site Lead in HR on a busy highly successful operational site.
The interim HRBP will work as part of a very focused, forward thinking, supportive and passionate operational senior leadership team delivering on change management, looking at the site people organisational structure, upskilling and developing employees, reward and recognition, delivering on focused training, performance management, developing the teams and embedding the strong engaging culture across the business.
This is a very rewarding role where an experience senior HRBP has the opportunity to work with strong capable and experienced operational senior Leaders who embrace and understand HR and with your experience and understanding of working in established manufacturing businesses and strong business acumen can really make a difference.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and a dotted line to global HR , the senior interim HRBP will be responsible for HR across a medium sized site. The key focus will be on organisational design and development and change management. The role is initially for 6 months and will require HR to be based at site during the week.
Experience of leading and delivering organisational people design and development.
Experience of upskilling production staff at middle to senior management level.
A real desire to fully understand the business, the people and work closely with a strong focused and successful senior Leadership team.
Experience of working in manufacturing, distribution, fmcg (blue / white collar).
Strong business acumen.
Excellent employment law knowledge.
A strong confident generalist operational HR professional.
Strong ER background (case management).
Has worked in previous roles covering all areas of HR from ER, L+D, Talent, Training and can be effective in a no1 HR site role.
Operationally minded, work comfortably at all levels.
Used to working in a matrix organisation.
