Admin Recruitment Officer

A superb Admin Recruitment Officer role based in Islington


Salary £19,000 - £20,000 - Permanent, Full Time


We are looking for an exceptional person to join our expanding team in a busy dynamic environment.


As an Admin Recruitment Officer you will be reporting to the Registered Manager/ Director.


Summary of role:


To ensure all general office administration tasks including Operations, HR, IT/ Social Media, etc. are managed effectively to enable the smooth running of office operations.


Principal responsibilities:


  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries first point of contact
  • Managing the diary/ appointments of the Registered Manager
  • Keeping stock control of stationery/ customised documentation
  • Setting up and maintaining Care Worker and Client office files and ensuring that they are always up to date
  • Undertaking of interviews for Care/ Support Workers
  • Implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all care workers
  • Processing new Client referrals and putting them on the system
  • Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors
  • Ensuring all Clients and Care Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date
  • Enrolling new starters and managing the dedicated company training portal
  • To work closely with the Field Care Supervisors to manage referrals and start new care packages efficiently and in a timely manner
  • To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
  • Creating and maintaining Employee Records Database
  • Is innovative and able to think outside the box
  • Is able to research the social care industry to develop and grow
  • Production of reports and management of information on a fortnightly basis
  • Monitoring the PASS compliance system to ensure that Care Workers log in and log out
  • Drafting professional emails to third party stakeholders
  • Assisting with other related (virtual) admin tasks as and when required

Amin Recruitment Officer Requirements:


  • Highly organized
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages (MS Excel, MS Outlook and Access DB in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
