This role will involve working closely with the site leadership teams supporting across all HR matters.
The HR Advisor will drive the HR Agenda of innovation while supporting transformation and developing and growing the talent across the site.
Assisting in investigations and employee relation matters, collaborating with supervisors around performance management, absence management and supporting on appraisals, training and annual reviews.
Taking full ownership of the recruitment process for production staff whilst working closely with the wider talent team.
Ideally experience of working in an HR dept, for a number of years, in an operational HR generalist position in a manufacturing environment
Experience of coaching supervisors and managers around employee issues
Excellent UK employment law knowledge
Experience of running a recruitment process with experience of Talent management
Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office,
Previous experience of working with operational mangers and supervisors and excellent proven history of stakeholder management
