Talent and Capability Consultant

As Talent and Capability Consultant at Unipart Logistics, you will undertake TNA, design, delivery, and evaluation of capability solutions to develop talent and increase leadership capabilities across our business.

  • Deliver Gate to Great training programmes
  • Deliver Accelerated Learning webinars as dictated by learning delivery plan
  • TNA, design, deliver and evaluate training and development interventions to address capability gaps (bespoke/ emergent needs)
  • Facilitate team development interventions and act as a coach to junior and middle managers
  • Support eLMS design of learning modules
  • Undertake assessment, evaluation and continuous improvement activities
  • Collation of data and reporting
  • Process training related administration (course registers, training records, evaluation data, MI Data)

About You
  • Experience in L&D roles or delivering / implementing training strategy
  • Understanding of learning cycle and training needs analysis
  • Experience of working with learning management systems
  • Strong planning, organising, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal a confident and interactive presenter
  • Emotionally intelligent

Salary: £40,000 plus car / car allowance
