Are you an experienced salesperson seeking a new opportunity? Are you a people person who goes above a beyond to deliver results? Due to growth we have 2 exciting positions for Trainee recruitment consultants one to work on Admin/Business support roles and the other within our Trades/construction team.You will work on sourcing quality candidates to fill a number of live roles while being active in business development in order to bring on new clients to enable you to build your desk and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Your hours of work will be flexible start between 8.30am and 9am and finish between 5pm and 5.30pm with additional hours required during busy periods
Main duties and responsibilities are outlined below but are not limited;
Sales activity to include, calls, LinkedIn and emails to promote our services and available candidates to prospect companies
Daily searches on job boards, our database and utilising linkedin in order to identify potential candidates to fulfil job roles
Arrange and attend sales meetings
Agree terms and Fees/Rates with new customers
Regular use of social media platforms to promote vacancies and our services
Writing and placing exciting and detailed job adverts
Building a strong candidate database to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with good quality candidates
Building a strong client database to maintain a consistent pipeline of vacancies to work on
Ensure all activity is recorded on the company database
Ensure all candidates put forward are compliant and reference checked
Ensure the candidate journey is managed throughout their experience with us
Manage client relationships and look to develop these where possible
Ensure we carry out regular client visits and service reviews to constantly deliver an excellent service
The ideal candidate will have:
A previous track record in sales
Excellent customer service/account management skills
Experience working to targets
Knowledge of the Construction industry
Good IT skills
In return we offer a competitive basic salary of £21,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience, ongoing internal and external recruitment specific training, monthly bonus, quarterly and annual incentives, westfield health, 23 days holiday plus stats rising to 25, your birthday off work paid and an excellent working environment.
