We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor. Ideally qualified to CIPD 5, working towards it or a CIPD 3 with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join us .
This is a stand-alone role within the HR function, being the main point of contact when it comes to HR/employee queries and issues. Due to the nature of the position, we require someone who has a more generalist background. As the business continues to grow we are looking for someone to grow with us and implement the necessary processes and policies to support our future business needs.
As well as day to day operational HR, operational and admin tasks, you will be working alongside the HR Manager in designing and implementing innovative talent solutions that fit the culture of the business e.g. performance appraisal, career path planning.

With a fantastic approach to onboarding we will be looking for someone who can work with our existing induction and design and implement a forward thinking, accountable induction programme
You'll have the IT savvy to measure employee satisfaction and use this data to drive retention and engagement activity and be able todeliver a cost-effective, relevant, competitive and scalable retention and engagement program in addition to this you will have experience in managingabsence, sickness, grievance and disciplinary processes
You'll strive for HR and GDPR excellence in compliance and be able to track our staffs development, journey and outcomes.
