At Onnara Recruitment, we are looking for new recruitment consultants to join our successful and growing team.
Youll attend our main office for your induction and withthe support of your manager, on a day to day basis youll be fulfilling the duties of a 360 recruitment consultant within the health and social care sector. This includes business development and relationship building, to compliance, to all methods of candidate attraction, with the main focus being, to provide excellent cover and supply staff to our services.
Thats where you come in
We are looking for a person who is committed and resilient. You will nurture staff and support them as the come through the recruitment process and match them with services, ensuring they meet the service requirements but also that they match the service users needs on a personal level. You will have access to additional training via our on line training platform, Atlas.
You will work in a fast paced office environment where you will take calls and cover shifts but also develop the business by contacting potential clients and signing them up to use our services. This role includes a rota where you will be on call to support staff and services out of hours.
Recruitment experience is essential. Experience within sales, customer service, contact centres, hospitality and retail are beneficial, as theres lots of transferable skills that can work well within recruitment.
