HRLife are supporting a growing, people-centric business to find a dynamic and passionate Talent Specialist who wants to work in a vibrant, forward-thinking company in a friendly and progressive People team

Working for a business that truly puts their people first, this is a great role for someone who wants a varied, busy and newly created role getting involved in all aspects of Recruitment and really owning it. This will be from initially taking and understanding the requirements from hiring managers and deciding on the best Talent attraction strategy through to on-boarding.

Key responsibilities:

Work with line managers to understand their requirements and bring the job descriptions to life, deciding on the best route to market, whether that be working with a specialist recruiter or hiring directly

Screening potential candidates and managing the entire interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidate and hiring manger

Establishing good relationships with external agencies

Working with the wider HR team to support the continuous improvement of the businesss Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition

Supporting line managers to upskill and coach them on best hiring practices and interviewing techniques

This is a great role for someone who really wants to own the recruitment life-cycle and elevate it to a best-in-class service to the business. They are looking for someone who can bring tons of enthusiasm, ideas and pace to the role and someone who is a real team player and an expert in all things recruitment.

Based in the office near to Newbury 3 days a week and 2 at home, this role offers hybrid working. Essential you are a car driver and have access to a car to get to the office as it's not accessible by public transport.
