Your role will be to manage all recruitment activities across the Early Careers Recruitment life cycle engaging graduates, apprentices, interns and work experience candidates. This is all about identifying the best approaches to harness talent.

Source across several platforms, attend industry events and recruitment fairs, develop and drive campus activities, organise and attend assessment centres.

The ideal candidate will have experience either in house, RPO or agency within early or graduate careers and be a skilled communicator with the ability to persuade and influence various stakeholders.

We are looking for a problem solver with a desire to continuous improve. Someone who is a self starter who enjoys working autonomously and taking charge of a project.
