We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer t based in our Dudley office due to expansion of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct sourcing, recruitment and selection of various care roles.
To be considered for this role you will need to be confident using the telephone, you will also have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, we ask that you have enthusiasm and passion for your role and are tenacious in mindset and approach.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Relationship building via social media, telephone, email
- Managing candidate flow via pre-screening and video/telephone interviewing
- Identify skills and values during selection process matching against requirements
- Provide an empathetic and excellent candidate experience throughout selection journey
- Advertising on various job boards
- Research
- Marketing campaigns - preparing accurate mailing lists
- Database management

- Ability to multi-task and cope with a busy and varied workload
- Good IT skills Excel and Word
