The Job
As an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting apprentices for national clients, placing real emphasis on providing a great service to clients and candidates alike.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Matching suitable candidates to apprenticeship vacancies across our key sectors, Hospitality, Retail, Care and Active Leisure.
  • Building relationships with prospective learners and clients, as well as develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders where and when necessary
  • Discussing Apprenticeship courses in detail and effectively manage managers expectations when sourcing new candidates
    Creating Apprenticeship opportunities with Hiring Managers.
  • To attend meetings with key stakeholders where and when necessary
  • Identify business/brand recruitment trends and plan activity accordingly
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Account Executive to ensure growth and quality of provision remains high
  • Liaise with the marketing team when required
    To maintain full and accurate records on CRM to enable good management and tracking of learners
  • Working towards consistent achievement of individual and team KPIs, including number of placed candidates, productivity levels, quality monitoring

The Person:
Ideally an individual who is interested in recruitment
Must have worked in a KPI driven environment and enjoys working to productivity targets
Strong customer service and relationship management skills and a positive and can-do attitude
Enjoys giving a first-class service, able to support young apprentices on their journey
Experience of achieving success through self-motivation, approachable, flexible and great team player

The Salary: £22,202 + Bonus = £26 / £27,000
The Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
The Location: Office based / Central Bristol (no parking)
