Hr Advisor - 6 month contract

Key responsibilities of our clients HR Generalist

  • Conducting competency-based interviews, assessing behaviours and competency levels to select the right candidate for the role.
  • Actively participating in on-boarding of new staff to ensure their successful integration into the business. Coaches managers on their role in the on-boarding process.
  • Implementing job analyses, job evaluation and grading process to ensure a sensible and equitable job structure within the business group
  • Supporting line managers by providing expert guidance through individual employee relations issues including grievance, disciplinary & absence management cases
  • Interpretating and applying employment laws, explaining legal considerations explicitly and clearly
  • Supporting the management team in the implementation of the annual talent & organisation review to ensure internal talent is actively managed and developed
  • Supporting the business to drive organisational change
  • Supporting the management team in the implementation of the annual Compensation Review process

This is a 6 month contract role .
