We are delighted to represent a prestigious, multinational manufacturing organisation in their appointment of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
The HRBP will provide a full and professional generalist Human Resources service to two manufacturing facilities on the South Coast, providing advice, information and support, and covering all manner of HR accountabilities including performance management, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, talent management and succession planning, change management, recruitment and selection and site communication and engagement.
Proven track record in similar HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role in a manufacturing or engineering setting
Degree qualification with additional CIPD accreditation preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and its application
Previous experience of HR best practice and implementing relevant policies to achieve optimum employee engagement
IT literate and experience with HR Information Systems such as Peoplesoft or similar
Proactive, analytical and logical problem solver
Confident, resilient, well organised and autonomous individual keen to ensure the presence a visible, available and approachable Human Resource function
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, influence and persuade at all levels
Happy to travel between two facilities (one day a week spent at a sister site approx. one hour travel).
