Talent Acquisition Specialist - £35,000 - £40,000 - Birmingham

The opportunity has arose to work for an online finance broker and lender that aims to help UK businesses reach their full potential. Key Requirements

They are after a social, positive person who loves what they do! Someone who loves the buzz of an office and isnt afraid of having difficult conversations. You must have previous recruitment experience and the ability to deliver detailed processes and reports.

What Youll Be Doing:

Recruiting A-Players to join their fast-growing team

Collaborating with department managers to create the ideal candidate profile

Developing and refining the hiring process

Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates

Developing and refining new starter onboarding processes

Being a trusted advisor for all employees and managers on HR-related issues and performance-management best practices

Implementing a performance-driven culture that is as rewarding and supportive as it is fun

Organising and managing monthly socials, events and incentives

Necessary Skills

3+ years of recruitment experience

Proven track record in talent recruiting

Experience in headhunting and direct candidate sourcing

Excellent communication skills and close attention to detail

Exceptional organisation skills

Experience in optimising recruitment advertising including writing job descriptions & adverts; and using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
