You will be working with the team that recruits crew for private Yachts. This is a great opportunity to learn more about recruitment and really make the role your own.

  • Social media marketing
  • Booking interviews
  • The team recruits for roles in engineering so an interest in this area would be an advantage

Training

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships through a mixture of classroom learning and 1-1 tutor support.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering such topics as project management, systems and processes, business structures and so much more.
