HR Coordinator

We’re looking to hire a HR Coordinator at our customer’s site in Park Royal, London. We’re not looking for someone to tick every box listed below, but if you have previous experience of HR, you could be our next star of the future. You’ll be paid between £22,000 - £27,000 per annum. In addition, you’ll receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days and a plethora of additional benefits.

What will you be doing:

  • Day-to-day you will invest yourself into the site HR operation. You will ensure smooth running of HR processes and systems to deliver a best in class service to the site
  • You will create and issue contracts of employment and new starter packs for the site’s operative employee population. You will set up employee files, whilst ensuring right to work compliance
  • As well as assisting the HR Manager with implementing the site People Plan, you will operate the site’s payroll activity, ensuring strict accuracy with a robust resolution structure for those rare times issues appear
  • A large part of your role will be to work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the site teams recognise they have an ‘open door’ HR team that really are their to support them – does this sound like you?
