HR Manager

HR Manager, central Leeds, £35,000 - £45,000 DoE, Ref. 47691

We are looking for a generalist HR professional to join a superb company based in central Leeds. They offer fantastic working environment, excellent benefits including flexible hours.

As an HR Manager you will support the business in delivering people-related policies and procedures in line with company's strategy. You will manage a team of two, ensuring all task are done correctly and in a timely manner. You will also:

  • Analyse HR data and produce reports for the senior leadership team
  • Manage the recruitment process and onboarding on new starters
  • Managing employee relations and supporting managers with any staff related issues or queries.
  • Ensuring all HR policies and processes are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Assisting with acquisitions and TUPE process

To be considered for the fantastic HR Manager role, you will have proven generalist HR experience, ideally gained in professional services environment. You will be a confident communicator with ability to manage stakeholder relationships. You will also have:

  • Proven generalist HR experience
  • Experience manage TUPE transfers
  • Experience implementing HR policies and strategies
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
