Recruitment Specialist

Elevation HR are working with a global manufacturing business to support them in recruiting a Recruitment Specialist to join the team. The Recruitment Specialist will work in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior management and HR on the full end to end recruitment process. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will help improve the existing process and champion best practice recruitment, striving to deliver excellent customer and candidate experience whilst delivering a first-class recruitment service to the business through direct sourcing recruitment solutions.

To be suitable in this role you will be experienced within:
*A recruitment background (agency or internal)
*Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals including (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
*Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines
*Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
