HR Services Advisor

Your new company

This role is working for a well respected not for profit organisation based in Oldbury, Birmingham. Working as part of a busy and supportive HR team, you will play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the organisation.


Your new role

You will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers and will offer guidance and support throughout the full employment lifecycle. Typical queries will involve supporting on ER case management, recruitment and selection and changes to employee details or terms. Working closely with HR Business Partners you will ensure that any more complex queries or those that require further investigation are escalated.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident liaising with stakeholders across the organisation. You must also have strong attention to detail, as you will be processing changes to employees details.
