Recruitment Manager Executive Accountancy & Finance
Fully Remote Flexible Working
Working for a recruitment business, whose speciality is placing and relocating senior level professionals globally, this Recruitment Manager position would see you oversee a small team of 360 recruiters.
Everyone works remotely in this business, so you would need to be comfortable and confident in managing people on a remote basis.
You will have extensive recruitment agency experience in recruiting into a professional services sector, ideally with exposure to placing people in the accountancy and finance industry.
A successful track record of billings is essential, as is having experience of working internationally with large companies on senior level appointments.
You will also be an organised and natural leader, who can manage and motivate a team of experience recruitment consultants.
You will either take over an existing team or be happy to build a new one. This is a billing role, so you will also be happy to manage your own desk, whilst leading your own team.
Typically, youll be dealing with companies such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG and Goldman Sachs who use our clients business to hire and relocate people at senior levels across the world.
You will be given every tool needed to be successful, from market leading training and development to the latest technologies such as video interviewing, Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
This is a fully remote role with flexible working, so it would suit an experienced recruitment professional who can manage their time effectively.
