Due to an upcoming maternity leave we are looking for an Account Co-ordinator to join our largest MSP account. This will be for a minimum of 12 months although there is a strong possibility for a longer term opportunity, or permanent, dependent on continued growth of this account. While this role is home based, we are ideally looking for someone to carry out at least 2 weekly visits to the HPC client site at Bridgwater in Somerset, but can be flexible on hours worked on these days. We are open on part time (2-4 days) or full time for this role, and flexible with working days and times.

Salary is up to £25k plus Managed Solutions bonus scheme.

Summary of the Role

The Account Co-ordinator, reporting into the Senor Account Manager, will join an existing team which focusses on temporary technical, engineering and infrastructure roles for EDF Energy, working primarily on a single major project. The main focus of this position is to support the consultants and account managers in recruitment onboarding, candidate management and query resolution. This will be a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering a world class service to the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day contractor management
  • Accurate, timely updates of systems (including Fieldglass, internal CRMs) with rate changes, assignment updates; monthly invoices etc
  • Purchase order management
  • Recruitment support: on boarding; right to work verification calls
  • Admin support
  • Manage the leaver process and spreadsheet
  • Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with the various stakeholders within the client
  • Ensuring on-site support and advice is provided to clients and candidates
  • Managing all queries and any complaints from the client, candidates or colleagues, taking ownership and appropriate action to ensure the query is managed, and escalating to the Client Services Manager where necessary
  • Ensuring all working practices are compliant with relevant legislation and company policy
