Talent Acquisition Manager


This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global business for a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Recruiter who is enthusiastic about providing the highest level of service.

Using various job boards, including secondary sites such as LinkedIn, you will be experienced in resourcing and recruiting for junior to senior level appointments, ideally in the aerospace, defence, IT, engineering/technical industry, this would be a big advantage, but not essential.

You will be responsible for recruiting for various locations, interviewing candidates, advising managers, and coordinating, on-boarding new hires, whilst demonstrating strong awareness and commitment to driving diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Able to demonstrate the ability to build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to enable the delivery of high-quality service and information in an accurate, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.

You will drive strategic engagement and intelligence needs for both immediate and future demand across various business lines whilst managing the full recruitment cycle from role evaluation and advertising to candidate management and screening, through to offer.

This role requires an approach that is both analytical and creative, understanding problems and devising solutions, strategic thinking, as well as initiative and passion for delivering the best outcomes for stakeholders.


Demonstrate a proven history of excellent customer service, strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously

A confident recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills to liaise at all levels

Able to manage your own workload in a challenging environment and demonstrate effective networking skills, direct sourcing strategies and experience collaborating with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes

Excellent resourcing, screening, and selection skills from initial notification of the vacancy to the time the candidate joins the company

Mentor and support more junior members of the team

Good IT skills MS Office suite with experience of using applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
