Recruitment Advisor

We have an excellent role just come in for a Recruitment Advisor that would be responsible for providing a dedicated recruitment service to the whole organisation, supporting corporate recruitment and onboarding objectives.

Duties within this role include:

Assist Hiring Managers to raise job requisitions using the Workday system

Creation of job descriptions and person specs

Collating salary and bonus market data

Create and place recruitment adverts internally and externally; use of LinkedIn and TotalJobs;

liaise with recruitment agencies and business partners

attend job fairs;

organise and conduct interviews;

assist in the organisation, delivery and designing of new recruitment assessments

regularly check the Recruiter Inbox for new applicants

reviewing and shortlisting applications

liaise closely with internal Managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process

You will also be required to assist with the recruitment and supply of temporary staff when required as well as giving guidance and training advice to managers on recruitment and staffing issues.


1.Proven high volume recruitment experience is essential, ideally at an advisory level.

2.Knowledge of identifying passive candidates via online attraction tools such as LinkedIn & TotalJobs

3.Strong project management experience with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders at any one time.

4.Strong inter-personal skills combined with a requirement to ensure confidentiality when appropriate are essential.

5.Experience of using HR databases is essential, ideally Workday.

6.Must be a team player with a willingness to help others.

7.Flexible, organised and calm approach to work is essential.

8.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
