AccountabilitiesLead employee Relations, Trad Union and Supplier Relationship Negotiations - This is an important skill as the plant is heavily unionised Carefully manage stakeholder relationshipsLead talent managment & succession planning strategyLead implementation of SC Key projects including network optimisation initiatives and implement or develop new HR strategies to optimise the plant business as needed Key member of the Leadership COE and responsible for change managment across the plantCreate an optimal and productive work environment with high employee commitment and engagementLead and coach team members regarding development and career optionsParticipate actively in safety and food safety walks coaching and developing othersBe the external point of contact for the plant - government, city , industrial networks and trade unionsEnsure sign off for payroll to ensure compliance for audit and for internal controls
Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExperience in Leading employee Relations, Trade union and Critical negotiationAbility to challenge the status quoBachelors Degree in HR or related fieldProven experience in HR management, processes and policiesExperience of manufacturing plant
WHATS IN IT FOR YOUSalary of Circa £50K - This role also offers PMI and a car allowance and other benefits
This role is 100% based at the factory office but there would the opportunity in the future for the HRRM to shape the post void working model and that could include an element of hybrid working.
