Your new role
You will be responsible for the full 360 process, candidate experience, data and reporting and fulfilment of open vacancies via direct sourcing methods. Work closely with the relevant HR Business Partners to drive and influence hiring plans. Provide an excellent end to end service to hiring managers. Carry out relevant pre-screening and telephone interviews with candidates to identify and deliver quality shortlists to hiring managers. Advise and prepare candidates for interview. Effective offer management. Ensure best practise in GDPR, data collection and retention is being carried out across the recruitment process. Weekly reporting and analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous recruitment experience working within a fast-paced environment covering both operational and functional recruitment, experience of managing stakeholders and delivering to SLA's, experience of using a variety of sourcing tools, have strong reporting skills and have excellent communication skills.
