Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

As Recruitment Co-ordinator within the graduate team, you will be responsible for helping with the overall graduate selection process ensuring a seamless and highly effective experience for the many graduate approaches they receive each year.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Controlling the recruitment process, you will be integral to selecting, assessing and designing the entire graduate recruitment process to attract the best possible talent as the business is built upon the quality of their graduate talent
  • Looking at previous data, feedback and success stories, you will take a lead in designing and shaping the selection process
  • Ensuring the most innovative and creative tools are used to ensure a fair and equitable process in line with the Diversity agenda
  • Managing all relationships with suppliers such as venues, external assessors and technology providers
  • Ensure that all candidates who go through the recruitment process have a positive experience ensuring queries are responded to and feedback delivered in a timely manner
  • Attend, support and co-ordinate selection events (assessment centres and interview days) from booking the venue through to providing the relevant material on the day
  • Co-ordinate all the pre-briefing material and calls for the assessors ensuring they have relevant interview questions, exercises and assessment details for the day

As this is an entry level position, we are looking to talk to ambitious, analytical, super organised individuals with superb communication skills who love co-ordinating and pride themselves on providing the best experience. Youll need to be flexible, positive and able to listen to ideas and act on feedback as continuous improvement is going to be vital to the success of this role.

Hybrid Working but need to be able to travel to Abingdon once a week as a minimum, be a car driver and flexible to attend events and University Open Days as required.

Salary is between 27-31k dependant on experience
