HR Operations Manager

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our manufacturing client in their search for a HR Operations Manager.

You will have prior experience in a similar role and be experienced in taking a business through change in their HR function and practices.

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of this centralised service and you will be the key lead on reviewing and embedding best working practice that will deliver a top level service. You must have previous experience of leading and developing a HR team and identifying areas of process improvement that need to happen.

Leading a team, it is key that you are confident in identifying areas of improvement in order to deliver operational goals and ensure that an efficient and consistent ER process is met.

You will lead on all business process mapping to deliver changes or capture newly added processes so it is essential that you have a proven background in leading this type of business improvement activity.

You will be supporting the ongoing enhancement of case management tools and also be the lead on any new technical roll outs within the HR advisory team. Working with the People Director you will need to pull together all statistical MI data and review Service level agreements, reporting on any variances.


Experience needed
Key that you have a proven background in leading a Operational HR team.
Experienced of HRIS implementation is essential.
Strong experience across collating and preparing MI data is key
A clear understanding of implementing continuous improvement and lean methodologies
Ideally you will have worked within a fast paced environment such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or retail.
