If you are looking for a challenge, here is where you will find it! your role as an entry-level Recruitment Consultant will predominantly consist of, networking, and headhunting to attract, identify and approach suitable candidates. Due to the variation of the role, you will need to have impeccable organisation skills and a hard-work ethic.

The Role:

You will use a variety of channels to find talent LinkedIn, jobsites, adverts, and networking.

Understand people and build rapport.

Conduct initial screening & interview processes for candidates.

Build long lasting relationships with candidates & clients.

Understand the needs of your clients.

Build your network of talents and clients.

Become an expert in recruitment and your industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

Educated to degree level, perfect for a new or recent graduate as all training is provided.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.

Outgoing personality keen involvement in extra curriculars to add to the passionate and diverse office!

Energy, passion, and enthusiasm.

Resilient someone who will not give up after the first failure.

Social intelligence and rapport building skills you will be speaking to all types of candidates and clients.
