H9 Human Resources are working with a rapidly expanding national business to recruit for a Recruitment Manager in a newly created role critical for business success.
The Recruitment Manager will lead and shape the company wide approach to recruitment. This is a brand new role in which you will genuinely be able to make an impact in establishing a centralised recruitment function.
Working with managers across locations, to ensure nurseries are appropriately resourced to enable childcare occupancy targets to be achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Development of attraction strategies for existing and new locations, exploring recruitment channels and taking an innovative approach in a competitive recruitment market.
- Develop processes to ensure efficient and proactive recruitment practices are in place.
- Compile and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure success.
- Work with Area Managers to ensure vacancy requirements are accurately identified.
- Produce appealing job adverts that stand out from the norm and promote the business and brand
- Identify and implement ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Manage Apprenticeship pipeline to consider longer term needs and resourcing strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven successful recruitment management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach.
The role comes with a salary between £40,000 - £45,000pa
