This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Recruitment specialised for the continuous recruitment and retention of staff for our brand new purpose built multi temperature depot in Bedford. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment person, with a passion for recruitment and excellent communication and project management skills.

Recruitment Executive Responsibilities:
  • Working with the depot leadership team to determine current and future staffing requirements
  • Creating job postings and putting them onto the company's website and preferred job boards, ensuring strong brand presence locally
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
  • Browsing social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills
  • Attending job fairs and other events and searching for local talent
  • Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to arrange availability for interviews
  • Interviewing potential job candidates
  • Travelling to various locations locally to find the best possible candidate
  • Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing
  • Recruiting apprentices and trainees that have the potential to grow into skilled workers
  • Networking with industry professionals, job centres and employment agencies who may support us with suitable candidates
  • Organise recruitment 'Open Days' and 'Induction days' to meet the pipeline demand
Recruitment Executive Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Excellent organisational skills required
Ability to provide regular insightful reports around hiring trends
Demonstrable experience successfully recruiting for a fast paced large multi skilled workforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Demonstrates integrity, a strong work ethic and understands the importance of confidentiality

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
