HRLife are keen to speak with experienced technical recruiters who have a great network and are familiar with finding digital / data scientists and data engineers to join a growing business who dont just talk about putting people at the heart of the business, but truly live and embrace it.

As the recruitment expert, you will have full responsibility for the end to end hiring process for their digital team to ensure the best people are brought into the business. From mapping the competition, ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates through to controlling the process and managing stakeholders, you will play a key part in helping to create a really positive experience for both the hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Work closely with the internal teams to understand roles, volume and future headcount plans
  • Manage the candidate journey to ensure a smooth process, by keeping in touch with candidates at all stages
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to support the D&I hiring strategy
  • Utilising the marketing team effectively to provide insight into market demands and trends to put together relevant and engaging attraction material, creating an impelling story of why candidates would want to join.
  • Actively network within the digital community and be an ambassador externally to further raise the profile of the business
  • Conduct telephone interviews for newly introduced candidates and supporting hiring managers through the interview process
  • Build and maintain agency relationships and brief on roles where necessary, managing performance and success
  • Oversee the offer and onboarding process
