Recruitment Administrator

Love Recruitment Administration? Due to rapid growth a rare opportunity has become available for a skilled Recruitment Administrator. You’ll become a key part in hiring the right talent for the business so it can continue to provide bespoke onsite & remote support to?exciting, high growth and?ground-breaking?SMEs?in sectors?including biotechnology,?life sciences?and?finance.

Salary – Up to £22,000 per Annum
Location – Cambridge
Role Type – Permanent, Full time
Benefits - 33?days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing every 2 years you work with?us, Annual profit share bonus, BUPA healthcare & 5% contributory pension, On-site parking and close proximity to Cambridge North railway station.


The Role…


You’ll regularly find yourself undertaking a variety of recruitment tasks, these will include things like: Managing Applicants / Interview Scheduling / Screening Candidates / Attending Interviews / Referencing / Liaising with the PSL and other ad-hoc duties.


You’ll need some experience in Recruitment Administration as well as experience in screening candidates.


Of course, there will also be a lot of working closely with the wider business and teams to support them in their roles and offer assistance where needed.
