HR Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to work within a busy Human Resources office
You will be working within a busy HR team offering a first class service with the day to day administration.
The role
The role could include any of the following based on the day to dayrequirements
  • Preparing personnel files and maintaining personnel records for all staff
  • Using MS Office
  • Entering new employees onto inhouse computer
  • Keeping records up to date and maintaining the database
  • Processing application
  • Maintaining training records
  • Issue identity badges and maintaining records in liaison with IT department
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, ensuring safe recruitment procedures are followed and the necessary documentation is complete and on record for all staff
  • Preparing and updating application pack documentation in liaison with the Assistant HR Managers
  • Providing interview information to all involved in the process in a timely manner
  • Communicating in a timely and appropriate manner with applicants
  • sending out letters to prospective applicants
  • Preparing documentation and undertaking inductions
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Filing, Photocopying and associated admin tasks as they arise

The person
  • Ideally have some similar office experience
  • Be familiar with MS Office
  • Be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Be educated GCSE level in both Maths and English orequivalent
  • Have accuratekeyboard skills including typing and data capture
  • Be able to work in a team
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to work in a confidentialenvironment
