Up to £55k plus bonuses
My client is a leading FMCG business based in the Peterborough area. They have experienced rapid growth in the last few years and theyre not slowing down! 2022 is going to be without a doubt the most exciting year for the business, with huge expansion plans in situ. They aim to be the UKnumber 1 in their field!
As a result of this expansive growth they are looking for a Talent Partner to join their growing Talent team.
The role will be incredibly diverse- no two days will be the same! Typical responsibilities will include
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a Recruitment Manager / Talent Partner capacity, either in-house or external, with experience of confidently communicating to all tiers of business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have experience of delivering the full life cycle of the recruitment process, with experience of using Application Tracking Systems.
The business is also looking for enthusiastic, energetic individual with a real passion for recruitment (and best practice!).
