Human Resources Business Partner; Reading; 3–4-month contract; £23.38 ph paye ; Inside IR35

We are looking to recruit a HRBP for a 3–4-month contract on behalf of our client based in Reading,
The role will in the main be working from home but there will be a requirement to attend meetings at
the site
This position will provide support to an area of our client’s business based in UK and EMEA
Key to the role is the building of strong working relationships across the business, the wider HR functions within the UK, EMEA region as well as the broader global organisation. This will enable effective contribution to the delivery of HR strategy and plans, through supporting but also leading and/or co-ordinating project implementation in conjunction with the wider HR team and the business (customers).

Manage and support effective delivery of cyclical HR campaigns such as PDD, AAD, People Review, Salary & Bonus Reviews.
Working with HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS data within relevant systems and tools to ensure accuracy and right first-time reporting
Provide accurate and timely management information, and data analysis to enable informed decision making
Contribute to the design and delivery of HR communications, for example via regular Team Briefings, weekly news bulletins etc.
Encourage and share knowledge of effective use of HR tools, policies and processes
Participate in HR related audit activities
Support effective Employee Forum activities – inputs and outputs
Support effective on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Provide ad hoc HR support which is not covered by HRSS/ HR Operations due to the global nature of the business.

HR Project work

Act in either a supporting or a lead role for the implementation of any project work in association with business stakeholders and relevant HR teams.
Provide support to the businesses, engaging other stakeholders and HR teams in the design, co-ordination and/or delivery of end-to-end implementation of HR projects, in particular change programmes, such as those involving restructuring, TUPE, changes to T’s & C’s, acquisitions, mergers and office relocations.
? Existing and on-going projects requiring HR Partner support, involvement and lead roles include, but are not limited to the following:
Gemalto integration
Worked within a UK CBU/BL in an HR capacity, familiar with commercial drivers and aligning HR strategy and plans as a key contributor to increased business performance
Worked within the UK HR Operating model, familiar with leveraging resources, knowledge and expertise within such model
Sound knowledge of HR policies, process and legislation
Adding value to the delivery of specific HR projects including change/transformation projects through anticipating challenges, difficulties and proactively working to overcome these.
Effective engagement, development and management of productive relationships with a variety of business and HR stakeholders, across a variety of locations (local and global), and functions
Organised with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure on-time delivery and be resilient in the face of pressure to meet deadlines, conflicting priorities, and ambiguity
Ability to work without day-to-day direction, working on own initiative; manage and maximise the productive use of own time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRSS technology/tools to manage work
Strong written communication and numeracy skills. Good attention to detail, able to consistently work to a high level of accuracy.
? Confident verbal communicator, with a personable, credible approach, able to demonstrate strong influencing and decision-making skills; willing to take ownership of tasks and projects, challenging others confidently where appropriate.
Team orientated, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.
Interest in learning and developing knowledge of employment legislation, policies and practices within an international context.
Proven experience and ability in the following is desirable
Working in a complex/matrix engineering or technical organisation.
Working in a multi-site role
