Pastoral Mentor Job Description- Based in Southwark, close by to Peckham Rye station

- Run 1:1 group intervention sessions
- Implement behaviour strategies
- Ensure students are monitored and supervised throughout the school day
- Liaise with parents/carers where appropriate
- Ensure the safety of all students by dealing with any allegations of bullying are passed on to relevant staff members

Pastoral Mentor Experience and Qualifications - Minimum 2:1 grade in any subject
- Excellent academic background
- Confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a pastoral capacity
- Good organisation skills
