Social Care Area Lead required for our well established client based in West Lothian

Your new role
The Area Lead's main role is to oversee and lead with the development of the geographical specified Area.
Key functions include;
Management Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Personal/Central Team Responsibilities
Resource Management
Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning
Compliance

You will have the responsibility for the building, developing and maintaining of services and networks throughout the specified Area in line with the personalisation agenda; providing effective line management, leadership and direction whilst developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key holders and accountability for Locality and Area business planning, which support the organisational strategic plan.

Education & Knowledge

  • Knowledge, Directed Support/ Personalisation
  • Demonstrate a willingness, ability and commitment to attain necessary SSSC registration qualifications.
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development

Previous Experience

  • Management experience
  • Person centred planning and service design

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to a high standard.


What you'll get in return


30 Days annual leave, rising to 35 days annual leave after 5 years
(inclusive of public holidays)
Salary: £31,518.00 - £34,669.80 *
37.5 hours per week
West Lothian with some home-based working (with travel to Glasgow)
Qualifications Appropriate qualifications required for registration with the
SSSC and/or a willingness to work towards this.
