Role: Clinical Services Sister

Salary: £42,000

Hours: 25 Hours Per Week

Our client is a European leader of private health care who are currently seeking to recruit a Clinical Services Sister to work closely with multiple teams throughout the company providing clinical support and a visible clinical presence. Delivering educational, clinical support and recommendation on health and well-being for colleagues, corporate clients, and members. Providing recommendation on healthcare direction of the product, objective opinion on clinical matters and promoting excellent clinical care to ensure a quality member experience.

The candidate will

Support the complete member journey and experience from a clinical perspective, delivering care to the highest standards of quality and care.

Demonstrate knowledge of governance, regulation, and compliance to support the company oversight of our network of facilities.

Deputise for the Society Matron when required (clinical meetings, branch events and Medical Advisory Panel meetings)

Support the maintenance of the Directory of Society Services

To act as a role model and patient advocate, ensuring a positive patient and member experience is delivered.

Generate and deliver clinical marketing and educational events for our corporate clients and members

Skills and Experience Required:

Degree in Nursing or Health related subject of equivalent experience, RGN qualification

Current NMC registration

Expected to have a minimum of 3 years experience at a Band 6 (or equivalent) post in healthcare.

Be able to demonstrate strong leadership, management, and performance of clinical and non-clinical teams.

Understanding of the regulatory framework (CQC), industry standard guideline, frameworks audits and policies.

Understanding of the three lines of defence and risk management frameworks

Extensive experience of developing and managing various relationships at a senior level.

ENB 998 Qualification and previous experience of coaching/managing in a coaching style
