Summary of a Brand Marketing ManagerIn this role you will lead TV and AV marketing plans and implementation in the UK. You will be Reporting directly into the Head of Brand Marketing TVAV, this role will take the lead in defining and implementing a rolling 18-month marketing plan to deliver high-reaching growth targets on TVAV, to achieve sustainable, profitable brand leadership status.
Responsibilities of a Brand Marketing Manager
Utilise market insight to formulate 18-month rolling TVAV brand plan working closely with CMI teamBuild good understanding of category & driven environment and marketing activities, sharing information with wider teamImplement the 18-month plan, collating findings, track and monitor return on investment and refine the planDeliver demonstrable return on investment for all marketing activitiesRecommend the most effective use of marketing investment budgetOptimise global creative assets for the UKOptimise media & investment plans to develop the clients status as a lighthouse market to test new marketing ideasBuild a positive, open, constructive relationship with colleagues across the businessEnsure consistency in all brand assets in the UK across TVAV, partnering with retail, channel, sales, online and agencies to achieve thisBe the go-to TVAV marketing lead: Collaborate with other key functions within the business including Product Management, Category & Shopper Insight, Retail Design & Operations, Channel Marketing, Sales, Digital, PR & EventsEnsure on-time delivery of brand toolkits and key visuals to Channel Marketing for all brand initiativesProvide regular and clear communication of key initiatives to relevant parties including internal partners

Capacity to translate plans into commercial outcomesExcellent project and time management: its crucial to ensure toolkits and key visuals are delivered on time, as well as meeting media deployment deadlinesAble to get things done quickly and with good attention to detailHandle multiple demands, flex and adapt when neededCuriosity, being culturally tuned-in and across whats new in tech / comms / music / sport / etcValidated brand management experience, preferably in a large and dynamic organisationAbility to lead an insight and data-led 18-month brand plan with measureable value/metrics Passion for branding, advertising and communicationsExperience of briefing, developing creative work and owned, earned, shared and paid connections plans Ideally has experience of developing and coaching a direct report or mentee Can deliver through others: experience of managing a team who arent direct reports to provide a successful outcome
