E-Commerce Sales Administrator

Our client, an established and fast growing online jewellery business located in Edgware. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience within sales/logistics administration, order processing and possess strong customer service skills. Duties to include:

* Processing customer orders from Etsy, eBay & company website
* Dealing with customer queries by phone & email
* Liaising with suppliers, stock control
* Order processing
* Dealing with Royal Mail regarding delivery of orders
* Invoicing customers and checking for discrepancies
* Uploading products onto various websites and assisting with social media marketing
