Working closely with Head of Marketing the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a hands-on role in the development of all Digital Marketing activity, it is consistently effective, engaging, and aligned to the brand, ultimately to increase revenue and maximise sales.

This will be a fast paced, demanding and highly rewarding position. You will thrive with a busy workload, enjoy working closely with multiple internal departments and will have creative flair to enhance marketing strategy.

You will take the lead in briefing external agencies, getting under the skin of this unique brand with a clear and passionate vision for its continued success.

Key responsibilities

Increasing customer website traffic and conversion as well as enhancing functionality and usability overall

Execute digital and social media strategies to drive business, focusing on customer acquisition and retention

Understand target B2C & B2B audiences and produce content and images for all relevant digital channels, to maximise traffic across all sales channels both on and offline

Take ownership of the implementation and management of PPC, Google AdWords and SEO, working closely with the external Digital Agency

In association with the Marketing team, plan and implement any required photography and/or video production with third parties or in-house

Pro-actively grow the e-mail database through maximising opt-in opportunities and other methods that generate data capture.

Follow industry trends, planning for peak seasons with innovative digital campaigns

Deliver key on-brand messages driving engagement in a consistent tone of voice

Regular analysis and reporting on all digital activity, website traffic flow, bounce rates, improvements, and ROI

Assist in any business case preparation for implementing any marketing initiatives.

Securing weekly and monthly analysis and reporting to track the success of planned strategies, associated activities, and ROI.

Assist in the annual planning process and subsequent budgeting process.

Supporting the Head of Marketing, Marketing team and Sales & Marketing Administrator on any ad-hoc projects.

To be considered for this role

At least 4 years experience in a similar Marketing/Digital Marketing role

Ideally hospitality industry/lifestyle brand experience would be desirable

Good English Language, written skills, ability to write / edit copy and attention to detail.

Sound experience with email marketing campaigns.

Sound knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.

Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be an advantage, as would any experience of using video editing packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).

Self-starter with enthusiasm and good communication skills.
