Head of Multi- Channel Digital
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Leader to play a key role in developing an driving their Multi-channel Strategy and future proposition.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to maximise on the continuously changing customer shopping trends using innovations in technology. Your team will be reviewing the current performance of the various brands across different channels and suggesting improvements whilst looking and implementing new strategies across all channels to maximise future growth opportunities. Reporting into the Senior Management team some of the role responsibilities will include.
- Responsible for continuously reviewing and developing the multi-channel retail strategy.
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with senior Management & stakeholders
- Create highly detailed business cases for recommendation including presentations
- Presenting finalised business case propositions & information to the Senior Management team
- Monitoring & reviewing competitor information to ensure the multi-Channel strategy remains current and ahead of market trends
- Working seamlessly alongside other departments i.e. Finance, eCommerce, IT & Technology and the Insight teams to contribute to strategy developments
- Managing your department budget
- Continuously monitor and analysing the company finance performance and understanding the successful drivers behind this
Key requirements for the role.
- A strong understanding and passion for Retail including both Ecommerce & stores
- Commercial awareness of customer trends, market dynamics, competition and financial insights
- Good level of Education
- Ability to analyse & interpret data
- Understanding of Company Financials i.e. P&L, balance sheets & constructing business cases from a financial perspective is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence & negotiate effectively at all levels
- Able to adapt swiftly in a fast paced, ever changing seasonal retail market.
- Excellent numerical ability, with an analytical mindset
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel & PowerPoint
