Marketing Automation and Segmentation Manager
£68,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a market-leading provider of integrated research, media, training, and events to the global Technology community. Their aim is to inspire the Technology community to design, build and run a better digital world through research, media, training, and event brands that inform, educate and connect.
This role will be leading a team of Email, Segmentation and Automation specialists and will be supporting many of the aspects Email Marketing including email scheduling, QA, deployment, segmentation, permission handling and campaign analytics. This role will be responsible for establishing an efficient email operation process to allow Marketing to deliver best in class, personalized and data driven marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua
Prior team management experience required
Analytics-focused, with experience translating data into business and consumer insights
Strong project management skills
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs)
Understands CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML / CSS
Strong interest in the analytical side of marketing such as marketing performance, segmentation, and overall database health
Attention to detail and process is a must
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong customer service skills, outstanding verbal, and written communication skills, specifically with the ability to collaborate internally
Has a working knowledge of relational databases and their use in marketing programs
