Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

We have a current opportunity for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist on a permanent basis. The position will be hybrid and based in Abingdon.

This role offers the opportunity to build a talent acquisition and employer brand strategy from scratch, and although based in the UK or Ireland has the influence and opportunity to scale across many other European markets, including the Nordics, France and the BeNeLux.

Who are we?

My client is a world leader in the production of premium domestic and commercial appliances.

In this newly created, standalone role you will be responsible for:

. Building an employer branding and attraction strategy, including social media and external partnerships.

. Developing an end to end recruitment process for all applicants, to roll out in the UK and Ireland, but also to scale this to multiple European Markets (Nordics, BeNeLux, France)

. To audit and decide the best agency partners to support our growth ambitions

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in building a full recruitment process and the change management and tools required to make this successful
  • Experience in talent attraction projects
  • A passion for and experience in inclusive hiring practises
  • Proactivity and the ability to stand alone
  • A passion for high quality and premium service, underpinned by a growth mindset that constantly looks for ways to improve.

Plus, it would be an advantage if you have:

  • An understanding or experience of recruitment in other Western European markets (BeNeLux, France, Nordics)
  • A knowledge of the premium goods industry
  • Knowledge or experience in UK apprenticeships
