Manchester city centre – flexible, hybrid working model (2 days in office ideal)

The Performance Marketing Executive will have a strong commercial and creative mind-set, an analytical individual who will be responsible for executing, monitoring and scaling Performance Marketing campaigns. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a Performance Marketeer who is perhaps specialist in a single paid channel, longing to gain experience across the full acquisition spectrum.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Implement, manage & report on Paid Search, Paid Social & Display campaigns, predominantly through B2C, but also B2B.
  • Identify areas for optimisation & growth, with regular Keyword Expansion & audience testing.
  • Work confidently with large data sets, to analyse & deliver insights to the wider marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys with onsite testing to increase conversion rates.
  • Implement a testing strategy through all areas of Performance Marketing.
  • Develop SEO knowledge over the coming months and work with external agency partners to support with SEO growth – dedicated, pre-paid training package available to support.
  • Working with the Performance Marketing team to manage budgets and make recommendations as to how this should be spent.
  • Working with the wider marketing team to assist and compliment performance marketing activity (CRM, Data, Creative, Brand)
  • Remain on the pulse and up to date with the latest performance marketing trends

Your skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within paid media – either paid social, PPC/paid search or display
  • Analytical thinker who is comfortable working with large data sets to generate insights.
  • Driven and results orientated.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, excellent commercial acumen with a “get up and go” attitude.
  • Has a creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Confidence in questioning performance outcomes, whether good or bad
