We are delighted to be partnering with and supporting our client, a highly recognised and respected Leeds based business. Due to the retirement of the current Head of Franchising, we are supporting in the search to find the next Head of Franchising to join the Senior Leadership Team and continue with the promotion and success of the Franchising Team.

As the next Head of Franchising, you'll:

  • Have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience within the Franchising industry and a drive and visions for future growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement the Franchise growth strategy (Profit & Turnover)
  • Ensure the Franchise team have the necessary skills, support and resources to implement the strategy and meet the annual objectives.
  • Be the guardian of the company Franchise model and ensure it develops and continually improves to meet the increasing Business and Franchise needs.
  • Ensure the optimum advantage of the business is used to exploit all Franchise opportunities for growth, simplification and scale benefits.
  • Grow the support office understanding of Franchising and ensure the benefits of doing so are delivered for Franchisees.
  • Represent the Franchising model in the wider community
  • Ensure the Board support and engage in the delivery of the Strategy and communication of progress ensures continued understanding and commitment.
  • Deliver the budgeted financial and otherwise Board approved targets for Franchising.

Based at the Leeds office the role offers,

Salary £80,000-£95,000 per annum (DOE)
