About the Marketing Adminstrator role:

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator based near Sandy, Bedfordshire. The Marketing Administrator position is a varied and busy role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing administration for two companies; Potton and Kingspan Timber Solutions. This role is a part time, 12 month Maternity Cover, working 24 hours per week. We are flexible on working pattern, in addition, remote working is also available.

This Marketing Administrator role supports the Head of Marketing to drive both Kingspan and Potton towards becoming market leaders within the self-build sector. Duties include planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns both online and offline across a range of channels.

This is an excellent role for a dynamic, self-motivated person. We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong IT literacy, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to multitask across projects on a daily basis. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Key responsibilities of our Marketing Administrator:

  • Work closely with in-house or external agencies to design or amend both print and digital adverts.
  • Manage both marketing email and advertising schedule/delivery
  • Plan exhibitions, including layouts and activities programme, such as workshops, seminars and demonstrations
  • Write and design promotional emails
  • Organising all event and exhibition promotional materials
  • Literature ordering/stock/print
  • Track potential case studies and organise photography/videography as required
  • Managing relevant ad hoc projects as required
